Barb & Rob's Housewarming

Our friends Barb and Rob finally had a housewarming at their home outside of Santa Fe, NM. We had a great time, and are quite sad that we can't manage to visit more often.

We drove out there and helped with the pre-party cake creation steps. I didn't have much to do so I apparently made myself look busy by taking lots of pictures.

Barb also arranged for some science talks. Ralph talked about Cassini-Huygens, Windy talked about the local geology, Barb talked about the Antarctic Search for Meteorites, and I talked about the MER rovers. Rachel appears to have taken some pictures during my talk.

So after all of the science talks, it was time to present, cut and serve the lovely cake. The crowd was educated, and well-fed.

There was a quiz that could be taken to evaluate your knowledge of Barb and Rob, and there were gifts for the winners.
