ISIS 2 Programs

These progams in this directory are intended to ease the day-to-day use of the Integrated Software for Imagers and Spectrometers (ISIS).

These programs are written in the Perl programming language, as it is awful handy for doing the kinds of ISIS-related things that I've needed to do.

The Programs

isis_fixpath: This program returns an improved path to use for an ISIS-enabled terminal.
isis_histplane: A wrapper for the ISIS:histplane routine.
isis_project: Performs the steps of running lev1tolev2 and then geom.
isis_prt2hist: Pulls histogram data from ISIS output.
my_isis2tif: A wrapper around the ISIS isis2tif program.
