The file is a gzip compressed tar file. Download it to your system,
and unpack it with the command tar -zxvf
isis2_programs-1_0.tgz
which should create a directory named isis2_programs-1_0.
The isis2_programs are free software; you can redistribute them

The isis2_programs should be straightforward to set up and
use, as long as you have the right Perl modules installed, and of
